The founder Greg Neil is a veteran M&A entrepreneur with extensive business experience in a range of industries including Equestrian Rehabilitation and Performance, Equestrian Products, Veterinary Products, Engineering Supplies, Franchising, Banking, Call Centers and Agriculture.

Greg has established his own startups and grown them to successful businesses. Some of which resulted in profitable exits and others which currently still form part of the Neil Capital portfolio. He has also been the CEO of international companies and worked at director level in several industries meaning a vast knowledge in the corporate and entrepreneurial spaces.
